Tmura – The Israeli Public Service Venture Fund, is a foundation founded in 2002 to increase the involvement of the high-tech community in non-profit activity in Israel. Tmura receives donations of equity from Israeli and Israel-related high-tech companies and, upon a liquidity event, allocates the proceeds to education and youth-related charities in Israel.

Tmura's mission: 

To support educational initiatives and youth opportunities, among other charitable activities in Israel, by sharing in the wealth being created by the country’s technology sector. To develop a “culture of giving” within the high-tech sector, in a way that addresses the capabilities and constraints of growth companies.

Stock donations to the Tmura fund is managed directly by Tmura. Hadar Capital does not receive any form of compensation for introducing shareholders to Tmura.
